What our families are saying

Simple, Supportive Steps

Our ABA Therapy process

Starting ABA therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate the process alone. At True U ABA, we guide families through every step — from intake and assessment to insurance approval and beginning services.

We listen to what your family needs and learn a little more about your child, your location, and the kind of support you are looking for.

What we help with

Our team explains the next steps, what information may be needed, and how we can support you through the process.

What you can expect

You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We’ll help you understand where to begin.

We take time to understand what daily life looks like at home, school, daycare, or in the community.

Your child’s needs

We look at your child’s strengths, challenges, communication, routines, and support needs.

Meaningful goals

Together, we begin identifying goals that feel practical, personal, and connected to real family life.

We help submit the needed information and keep you updated throughout the insurance process.

Clear communication

Our team explains what is happening, what may be needed, and what families can expect while waiting for approval.

Your child’s plan

Once approved, we create goals that support your child’s growth at home, school, daycare, and in everyday settings.

Your family begins care with a team that understands your child’s needs and your household priorities.

Real-life progress

Support focuses on everyday changes like communication, routines, independence, transitions, and confidence.

Ongoing guidance

You continue to have support, communication, and guidance as your child’s needs and goals grow over time.
